Root Chakra Adventure - Cancelled

This event is an encore performance. I offered this workshop for the first time in April and it was very well recieved. Several people shared with me that they would really like to participate, but could not attend on the date and time it was offered. This chakra Adventure is open to beginners, singles, couples, and anyone interested in learning more about balancing the root chakra. No previous experience needed. This will be a fun, informative and experiential workshop. 

Opening, Balancing and Healing!                                              

This adventure will include guided meditation, solo and group activities, movement, kundalini yoga "crow pose" for clearing the root chakra, breath of fire, root chakra affirmations and a delicious singing bowl and toning exercise. This event will be divine!!!

A Balanced Root Chakra

When the root chakra is balanced you feel grounded, centered, and able to live in the here and now effortlessly. You feel alive with a strong connection to yourself and those around you. Your life is working on all levels, but even if there are areas that are not working you are confident that they will work out. You are healthy and want to take care of yourself, usually manifesting as an interest in your nutritional intake and physical exercise.

When the root chakra is balanced you are able to manifest an abundance of everything you need to survive.

Our optional pot luck will take place from 6 - 7 pm. Please bring a dish to share and share a meal with us.

The Root Chakra Adventure will start at 7 pm. Please be on time.
